Yes. macOS 13+ on Intel is supported, we ship dedicated Intel builds, and the interface is specifically tested for Intel MacBook Pro screen sizes and windowed use.

No. MultiWorship is a native Mac app and there is no Windows version.

There is no native Android app. The remote, however, is a browser page on your local network — modern phone browsers can open it, though it's designed and tested iPhone-first.

A browser remote: the Mac serves a control page on your local network and the iPhone opens it in Safari — scan a QR code, get approved on the Mac, and control the service. Nothing to install.

No. It runs entirely on your local network and loads no external resources. Phone and Mac just need to be on the same network.

No. Every device must be explicitly approved on the Mac first; unapproved devices get no data and no control.

No. Live control, Scripture, lyrics and the remote all run locally. Internet is only involved in things like receiving the app or your license file by email.

Yes. Video and photos take over the output full screen; audio plays with a chosen visual (text, photo or video) behind it.

Nothing dramatic — the item simply doesn't start. Missing files are tested, safe no-ops; they never crash the service.

Your church imports a signed local license file in the app. The license enables live outputs; your library, editing, plans and export always work regardless. Expiry has a grace period, not a sudden cutoff.

A license is issued per church. The app does not currently enforce device counts technically, so we keep it simple and trust-based — please license what you use.

On your Mac, as plain local files (Application Support). There's no account, no telemetry pipeline, and no copy of your songs on our servers.
